Our services

Brownfield Tutors provides online tutoring, guidance, and study support. Our services are educational and are designed to help students learn. See our Academic Integrity statement.

Scheduling and cancellations

• Sessions are confirmed once we contact you and agree on a time.
• Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel a session.
• Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full.

Payments

Rates are shared before your first session. Payment terms will be confirmed when you book.

Student responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking.
• Follow the academic policies of your school.
• Treat tutors with respect during sessions and communications.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to help you succeed, but we cannot guarantee specific grades or outcomes. Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
